The most helpful part of Qualified has been our QSA, Elle Anderson. She's been more of an extension of our GTM team than a vendor contact and comes to our calls with actual recommendations based on what she's seeing in our data, flags things we haven't thought to ask about, and helps us pressure-test conversation flows before we push them live. That level of partnership is rare and it's shortened our time-to-value considerably. The other big upside is the AI SDR working around the clock. Our previous chat tool required a human SDR to be online for a visitor to get a real conversation, which meant nights and weekends were dead time. Now every visitor gets engaged and qualified in the moment and can book a meeting on the spot. That's coverage we'd otherwise have had to hire for, and it lets our BDRs focus on active conversations rather than yesterday's leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Qualified? Nothing, honestly. We've been using Qualified across our full inbound motion and it's done what we needed it to do without issues. Previously that only happened when a human SDR was available to chat, so a real portion of our inbound traffic went unengaged.
