What do you like best about Qualetics?

I really value Qualetics for its fully customizable assessment engine along with its built-in automated data visualization. It's a significant upgrade from our old Excel and form tools. As a project manager, having the ability to tailor evaluation templates specifically to our manufacturing workflows is a huge time saver. I can effortlessly add weighted scoring for on-site metrics, set conditional questions tailored to different reviews, and group assessments easily, which is incredible. The automated visualization feature compiles feedback into clear, filterable dashboards without needing any extra data entry. This helps me create professional reports in a fraction of the time. I also appreciate how Qualetics boosts feedback response rates with its simple, branded survey links that don't require full platform accounts for external partners. It has this great level of customization and easy analytics that perfectly fit our project management needs, saving countless work hours and providing reliable, data-backed insights. What do you dislike about Qualetics?

Qualetics has limited native integration with our core industrial software stack. We rely heavily on SAP Project System and our internal production ERP, but Qualetics only offers basic CSV import/export instead of direct API sync with these enterprise systems. This adds hours of repetitive admin work each month and risks human data entry errors. The mobile interface is also clunky for on-site field technicians. It's not optimized for small screens, making long evaluation templates hard to navigate, and this leads to rushed or incomplete feedback from field staff. Additionally, the initial setup was moderately challenging, with no pre-built industry templates for industrial engineering.
