What do you like best about Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)?

The Qualcy team provides outstanding customer support. They are consistently responsive, thorough, and patient. Whenever I encounter a challenge within the system, I feel fully supported—with timely responses and the option to work through solutions via Zoom meetings. What do you dislike about Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)?

The processes were not intuitive to me and I needed help navigating and learning how to use the tools. There are training videos but more are necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualcy is providing document control for us along with documented training and competencies. This system allows us to limit our users to only the most current versions of controlled documents and we look forward to using it as we move to a completely electronic record management.
