Quadient allows my team to be more efficient by increasing automation and cross-functional visibility. We have set up automated reminders which have resulted in customers paying faster. The visibility into the customer portal has allowed customers and my internal sales reps to have a real-time view of current invoices and balances, thus allowing my team to spend their time on other productive tasks. The payment integration can be challenging because that is another third party that is involved, but clarity up front can alleviate any implementation hurdles. Quadient AR was the same price as our previous payment processor, but provided customizability with reporting, automated messages, and a clean, intuitive platform for customers to see their invoices and make payments.
