What do you like best about Qomon?

What surprised me most is that people actually use it. We’ve rolled out plenty of tools that fizzled out after a month, but this interface is straightforward enough that our field volunteers picked it up without any training session. The mobile app also works properly offline, which really matters because about half of our outreach happens in areas with patchy signal. As a result, supporter records and the actions they’ve taken now live in one place, instead of being split between a spreadsheet and someone’s inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qomon?

The contact import feels overly fussy about formatting. I’ve had to clean up CSVs by hand more than once just because a column header had an extra stray space. It would also be a lot more helpful if we could bulk-edit tags across a large segment, instead of having to do it in batches of fifty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qomon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to keep supporter details in one system and a separate record of what they’d actually done in another, which meant we often ended up contacting the wrong people with the wrong ask. Now we can see everything together in one place and target our outreach properly.
