Recommendations to others considering Qlik Sense:

better underlying engine than all other products on the market, more extensible capabilities, more flexibility in design possibilities. it took very little time for us to make business intelligence a critical part of each person's day-to-day operations, and not just something that was used as a supplement to their work. over time, use after user has moved away from "gut" decisions and has moved into a data driven decision making mindset. this is possible through the ease of use of the platform and the ability to quickly deliver tailored analytics OR broad analytics to many segments of the user base. we now have over 125 end-user applications in production, and all of them were designed and deployed by a team of non-coders, whose experience was centered on analytics and business process, not design, but they were still able to create a high quality and high performing business intelligence ecosystem. this has let to positive transformations in customer service, operations, finance, and leadership. each group has been able to use qlik to find the underlying causes of defects, rather than just counts of transactions and defects. the exploratory nature of the qlik platform lends itself perfectly to discovering the makeup of your data, not just the amount of your data.

there are other platforms out there that have "slicker" visuals and there are platforms out there that appear to have a lower total cost of ownership, but all of those products are just shortcuts to cool looking dashboards that are full to the brim with shortcomings. there is no other product that handles enterprise data at scale with this kind of user experience, no other product that can handle such a broad variety of data sources, and no other product that gives native attention to users with accessibility needs. we have continued to evaluate other products from time-to time, and there is no comparison. nothing else on the market comes close to meeting our needs. What problems is Qlik Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?

all of our analytics needs are handled in qlik. we are able to merge datasets that live in completely different systems without using a data warehouse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
