What do you like best about Qlik Sense?

The best thing about Qlick Sense is the way it provides leads with a complete background of the customer. It also tells the probability of converting a lead into business for the company or not. One more thing I like is that the user interface is very good compared to other CRM software available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qlik Sense?

What I dislike is that it takes a lot of time to complete bulk messages to various customers. It also feels a bit slow when sending emails to customers. On top of that, when customers raise queries about the services used, resolving those queries can be slow as well. The feedback system is also very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qlik Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem it solves is that it generates so many leads and also sorts each lead into different categories. This helps me give much more time to each lead compared to others. The user interface is also very good; it’s actually benefiting me by helping me focus on good leads over bad ones.
