I like how easy QEval is to use, with its features being self-explanatory even for newcomers. I'm also impressed with the coaching module, particularly the Coach Tactical Warehouse. It really helps by allowing me to track and follow up on coaching sessions, involving agents in the coaching process and ensuring they acknowledge and follow through with their training. I think QEval could improve when it comes to customization, particularly with tool integrations. It would be helpful if, as a third-party user, I could directly integrate my tool within QEval instead of relying on the QEval back-end team. If there was an option to add my API to connect tools like my CRM or telephony directly, it would save the hassle of sharing credentials with the QEval team.
