What do you like best about Qencia?

I really like the efficiency of Qencia. I was impressed by the results I obtained, especially seeing how prospects were much more responsive through messages sent on WhatsApp. I use the agent that allows direct contact with leads, and it is very impressive, very effective, with a better activation rate. What do you dislike about Qencia?
