What do you like best about QATE AI?

What I like most about Qate.ai is how intuitive and powerful the AI-driven testing experience is. The ability to create tests through natural conversation dramatically reduces the time needed to build and maintain automated tests.

The platform behaves almost like a real user interacting with the application - clicking, typing and navigating flows automatically - which makes it much easier to cover complex user journeys. I also appreciate the self-healing tests and the fact that it works across web applications, APIs and even Windows desktop software.

Another big advantage is that the tests remain portable and can run in your own CI/CD pipeline without being locked into a specific platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QATE AI?

Because Qate.ai introduces a new AI-driven way of working, there can be a small learning curve when you first start using conversational test creation and discovery features.

Also, since the platform is very powerful and flexible, it sometimes takes a bit of experimentation to get the most optimal prompts or workflows for complex test scenarios.

What problems is QATE AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qate.ai helps solve several of the biggest challenges in modern software testing: the time required to create automated tests, the maintenance overhead when applications change, and the difficulty of achieving broad test coverage. Traditional automated tests often break whenever the UI changes, which means QA teams spend a lot of time fixing tests instead of improving quality.

With Qate.ai, many of these issues are addressed through AI-driven test generation and self-healing automation. The platform can automatically discover an application, generate tests for critical user flows, and update those tests when the UI changes.

For us, this means we can focus more on validating real user journeys instead of writing and maintaining fragile scripts. Test coverage improves while the effort required to maintain the test suite decreases significantly. It also integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, allowing us to catch regressions earlier and ship changes with more confidence.
