What do you like best about Qara?

I love having multiple extensions and being able to manage all of them from a single app. Qara makes it very easy to manage ring groups, auto attendants, voicemail and personal hours. Call quality is also great with a phone interface very similar to my native phone interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qara?

Sometimes the speaker and headset options switch to a setting like airplay upon an initial call. It would be great to refine that feature a bit to make it more like the native phone interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qara allows for us to have a business phone line with multiple extensions which all of our employees can use for communication. It also has other features like the auto attendant and ring groups which makes answering our customers more streamline after hours or when people are out of the office.
