As a startup looking to raise funds in the near future, we are exploring solutions that will help us ensure complete equity transparency to all stakeholders.

We have taken a look at all products in the equity management space and Qapita's offerings for Cap tables and ESOPs are stellar. It is a holistic platform enabling everything from grant issue to liquidity, if required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
