What do you like best about Qapita?

Great implementation team that was super helpful in kicking off our ESOP programme which included initial set up of workflow, migration of data, as well as hosting an employee townhall on our behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qapita?

If I really had to nitpick, the I would prefer having the option to completely customise the user interface to our corporate colours as well as our corporate fonts. But that would really be nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issue with ESOP in general is that it's a mystery to employees. Without Qapita, employees on the programme would not be able to reliably self-serve information such as their vesting, relevant documents, as well as track their valuations. ESOP management on HR's end is also a very tedious process that is currently not available in most HRMSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
