I recently transitioned my company from Carta to Qapita, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I came into this process with very limited knowledge of cap tables or equity management, and Qapita truly held my hand through every step. From the very first call, they made me feel completely comfortable and never overwhelmed. The team was highly responsive, proactive, and incredibly patient. They explained every detail clearly and making sure I understood each part of the process. They truly held my hand through the entire process (discovery, onboarding, data migration, validation, and go-live) making something that initially felt overwhelming, smooth and stress-free. The platform itself is extremely intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate even for someone without an equity background. The UI/UX is excellent and makes day-to-day usage very simple. I also appreciate how well-organized the system is for me as an admin to use. Overall, Qapita has exceeded every expectation. Honestly, very little. The only small thing I’ve noticed is the absence of a dedicated mobile app. That said, I’ve still been able to access everything I need through a mobile browser, so it hasn’t been a dealbreaker at all. What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you? Qapita has given me a platform I feel completely confident using to manage my company’s cap table, equity grants, and shareholder reporting. The entire onboarding and data migration from Carta was handled smoothly with constant support from their team. I now have full transparency, confidence in data accuracy, and a very straightforward process for handling equity administration.
