What I like about QA Wolf is both the software platform and the staff support. The software has helped us improve our QA automation coverage and gives us better visibility into our regression testing. It has been useful in helping us scale automated testing across key workflows without adding too much manual overhead. The UI is simple, clean and easy for us to navigate, which makes it easier for our team to review test runs, understand failures, and track automation progress without needing a lot of extra hand-holding. The QA Wolf team has also been very responsive, collaborative and very easy to work with. Brandon/Eunice and their staff are quick to answer questions, help with test issues, and support our team when we need updates or clarification. One area where QA Wolf could continue to add value is by providing even more proactive reporting and insights as our automation coverage grows. The platform is already helpful and easy to use, but additional visibility into coverage trends and recommended next areas for automation would make it even stronger. The biggest problem it helps solve is making regression testing more efficient and consistent across key workflows. Instead of relying heavily on manual testing, QA Wolf gives us better automated coverage and visibility into test results, which helps our squads identify issues earlier and have more confidence in release readiness. It also benefits us through the combination of an easy-to-use platform and a responsive support team. Their UI makes it simple to review test runs and failures, while their staff helps us move quickly when we need support, clarification, or updates.
