What do you like best about QA Guardian?

We really like that QA Guardian has humans review every failure. It gives us confidence that the failures are legit and it gives our developers more time to focus on building features. When they ping us, we know it’s a real bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Guardian?

The dashboard is basic. They use Slack for communication, and with ongoing changes to the website there’s an occasional UI bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had in-house QA for a long time, but after they left, QA testing fell to the developers and product team. It was time-consuming, coverage was sporadic, and the whole process was inefficient. QA Guardian has solved these problems for us at a fair price and with much faster release cycles. It used to take at least a full business day to feel confident rolling out to production, and now we roll out the same day. Developer velocity has increased as well, since they have more time to focus on new features. Overall, QA Guardian has been a perfect fit for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
