Its event managemant feature is really has implementation for hosting events and also provides reports and analysis of attendee for targeting right audience and provide good steam experience with multi-presentation. It also provide great security with filtering and proper authorization. **What do you dislike about Q4 Events?** It does not support integration with any CRM which I really dislike and has limited customization options as it is a really good product for managing virtual event. I really hope they bring the freature to easily integrate it with CRM. **What problems is Q4 Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** We mostly use it hold scrum meetings for our teams and also hold virtual events with our clients. Any product like this requires a reliable internet connection. It interacts well with TeamUp, our business software. It was straightforward to set up, but we had to explore to find the perfect settings for audio sharing. **What do you dislike about Q4 Events?** Being able to cede control of your screen to another user is a nice function. This is very handy when a Mac user wants remote assistance and the typical means of remote assistance won't work. The only negative is that when you are remoted in, you cannot utilize admin credentials. It restricts the amount of virtual help you may offer. **What problems is Q4 Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very useful like a companion Q4 Events allows useful screen sharing and high-quality video and audio for 2-3 hour meetings.
