The biggest downside is its narrow native integration support. It cannot link with our in-house HR and talent management systems, forcing us to manually export, import and rekey survey data across platforms. This repetitive work wastes productive time and increases the chance of human error. Additionally, there are no ready-made templates for common HR use cases such as employee satisfaction surveys or client experience assessments. We had to build every questionnaire from the ground up, which added extra workload during the early stages of use.
