What do you like best about Q-Fi Surveys?

Q-Fi Surveys stands out for its user-friendly survey creator and simple data analysis functions. Our team can fully customize questionnaires for temporary workers and business clients in minutes, adjusting question formats and layouts without any technical expertise. As a German HR team, strict GDPR compliance is non-negotiable, and this platform reliably safeguards all personal feedback data. Real-time result dashboards let us review trends instantly, so we can adjust talent strategies and service plans in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Q-Fi Surveys?

The biggest downside is its narrow native integration support. It cannot link with our in-house HR and talent management systems, forcing us to manually export, import and rekey survey data across platforms. This repetitive work wastes productive time and increases the chance of human error. Additionally, there are no ready-made templates for common HR use cases such as employee satisfaction surveys or client experience assessments. We had to build every questionnaire from the ground up, which added extra workload during the early stages of use.
