What do you like best about Pyze Growth Intelligence®?

I use Pyze to understand our customers and engage with them. My favorite Pyze capability is the automated user segments across our Web and Mobile apps. We use these segments to drive automated campaigns through mobile touch points and emails. We've seen a significant increase in conversions and also increased engagement of our platform thanks to the targeted campaigns we're able to automate based on user behaviors and actions. What do you dislike about Pyze Growth Intelligence®?

The UI navigation takes a little getting used to. They've done a good job of making the product very visual in terms of the types of charts but the usage flow can be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pyze Growth Intelligence®:

If you're looking for automation of analysis and campaigns, Pyze is a great option. Pyze provides a good automated analytics, segmentation, and campaigns. They also have an in-app personalization capabilities but we haven't implemented those yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pyze Growth Intelligence® solving and how is that benefiting you?

We selected Pyze because we had a project focused on increasing customer engagement and retention. We were able to increase our retention rates by about 300% using their Growth Automation drip campaigns and successfully improved overall user engagement by 150 - 200% using targeted campaigns based on user behavior.
