"PyCharm Keeps My Django Backend Development Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PyCharm?

I use PyCharm for Python and Django backend development. In a backend project, I work on helper code for reporting features and use Django ORM queries, permissions, and timezone-aware date logic. The project tree helps me move between modules, and the editor keeps the source and virtual environment in view while I implement and debug. I like having the project structure and code feedback available in one IDE, which helps me stay focused on the change I am making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PyCharm?

I have not hit a recurring blocker in my Python/Django work. One small friction point in this project session is waiting for scanning to complete before all code analysis is ready; on a large backend project, that can interrupt the initial flow. A faster scan or clearer indication of what is still being processed would make that part smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
