What do you like best about Puzzel CX Platform?

What I like best about Puzzel CX Platform is the flexibility. I work quite a lot with the platform, and I really like that there are so many possibilities for adapting queues, routing and the overall setup to different business needs. Once you get to know the platform, you can manage and adjust a lot yourself, which I really appreciate. I’ve also had a very positive experience working with Puzzel and their support whenever we’ve needed help with more complex setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Puzzel CX Platform?

Some parts of the platform can be quite complex to configure and are not always as intuitive as I would like. I really appreciate the flexibility Puzzel provides, but I think the administration experience could be simplified in certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Puzzel CX Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Puzzel CX Platform helps us manage customer calls across different teams, products and countries in a more structured way. For me, the biggest benefit is having the flexibility to adjust queues, routing and call flows depending on the needs of the business.
