What do you like best about Pureprofile?

I commissioned Pureprofile to help me with market research for US and APAC markets in view of a white paper that I was writing on social learning. I worked with Keith Ang (Client Solutions Director), Augustin Ong (Project Consultant) and Abdulqadir Dahodwala (Project Manager). From the very start, the team's speed was admirable. Once they received my request, I got a call from them immediately and the ball started rolling very quickly. I gave them a super tight deadline (a week!), but they delivered with great quality and service. It's great to work with a team who doesn't just view a client as another number - all of them were very empathetic about all the challenges I had and was understanding at all times. Nothing exactly to dislike, just a note to people who are commissioning research - be as prepared as possible before working with the team if working on tight deadlines.
