What do you like best about Pump?

Pump was connected to our AWS account about a year ago (before my time), and honestly it's just been quietly doing its job in the background ever since. The savings show up every month without anyone on the team having to think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

When Pump shows recommendations, I'd like more visibility into which specific resources are covered. Right now it's a bit of a black box — I can see the savings, but not always the full breakdown of what's being optimized underneath. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two main problems: AWS cost and security. Pump quietly keeps our cloud bill down and the tax benefits are a nice bonus. I also recently used their new security feature to harden our system, which surfaced issues we wouldn't have caught on our own. Solid all-around value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
