"Effortless AWS Management and Outstanding Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Pump?

Pump are really good when it comes to wanting a hands-off approach to your infrastructure. If you haven't got the resource or the time to understand AWS's complex pricing structure and billing architecture, Pump are a great company to take all that off you and still save you money.

Full of experts, really responsive, always there when you need them, but they're happy to just leave you get on with running your business. Never had any kind of pestering from them.

Great company to work with, highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pump?

Honestly, not much to dislike. There was some confusion initially around things like onboarding discounts and how quickly costs come in, but that was mainly it. The rest of it, as I mentioned, is fairly smooth sailing. Yeah, not much really to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pump solving and how is that benefiting you?

Main problems that Pump solves is cost management, to be honest. AWS makes it intentionally obfuscated to understand your bills and where your costs are increasing, where they're being over-utilised and under-utilised. Pump makes all of that really easy by managing the reserving of instances, the discounted benefits that you get, and you get a nice simple bill at the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
