What do you like best about Pulsewise?

What I like most about Pulsewise is how seamlessly it brings continuous feedback, pulse surveys, and performance reviews together in one place. It helps create a structured, ongoing dialogue between employees and management, which makes it easier to spot growth areas, address gaps early, and follow through on actionable improvements across the team. What do you dislike about Pulsewise?

The built-in AI insights and the pre-built survey templates are excellent right out of the box. That said, adding more granular custom filtering and more advanced report export options would make it easier to do deeper HR analytics and would strengthen the overall reporting experience. How It Benefits Us:

Pulsewise consolidates our pulse check-ins, performance reviews, 1:1 agendas, and continuous feedback into a single workspace. It gives us real-time visibility into team sentiment and workload challenges.
