"Fantastic product, great accuracy"

5/5

What do you like best about Pulse?

Pulse reliably extracts fields from messy PDFs, including scanned pages and multi-column tables. Reading order and table structure hold up well, so there is less cleanup. The schema-first approach makes mapping to our systems straightforward. The API is simple, latency is steady, and throughput scales without needing to monitor. What do you dislike about Pulse?

More out-of-the-box connectors would help. Connector docs felt light at first; after I asked, the team provided more comprehensive guidance and examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Pulse to turn unstructured documents like statements into structured data for our downstream workflows. This has reduced manual keying, lowered error rates, and shortened turnaround time for internal requests. The main benefit is predictable accuracy on difficult layouts without maintaining a large set of brittle rules. It also gives us a clearer audit trail for how fields were extracted.
