I use Pulse for Reddit all the time for my different clients as a great way to know who's talking about them and understand the conversation across different industries. It's amazing to join conversations about what's happening in those industries. Hands down, it's the number one tool that's actually gotten me more traffic to my website that converts to customers, and it literally helps me make money. In my twelve-year career as a marketing and communications manager, this is the most valuable marketing tool I've ever used, allowing me to understand and comment on conversations for my clients and convert people to customers. I think sometimes working on the keywords or the accuracy could be improved. There are a few bugs that I've found here and there. It could be more intuitive or user-friendly, especially in the user interface. The keywords have sometimes not been as strong or accurate for my clients, and focusing on making those stronger in terms of the relevancy score would be beneficial.
