What I appreciate most about PubLive is the team’s improved cooperation and responsiveness. They are more proactive in following up on our concerns, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed properly and that everything works smoothly. What do you dislike about Publive?

Overall, I am satisfied with PubLive's support. However, the turnaround time for resolving certain technical requests could be improved. Sometimes, requests that require coordination between teams take one to two days to complete. Faster follow-ups and quicker resolutions would help us work more efficiently.
