What do you like best about Publicate?

Writing professional emails that create actual impact is not an easy task at least for me. Because not all of us are experts in every field. Especially when one runs a small business, it's crucial to look big without actually being big. This is exactly what Publicate helps me with. And most of all, the drag and drop is simply seamless. If one doesn't have much context on coding, this can be simpler than Facebook or Instagram Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Publicate?

While it's easy, it would be great if I got just a few more options on templates. For example, I picture a certain format in my mind, recreating that exactly sometimes is a challenge. Because at the end of the day I either need to know coding if I don't then I can't expect that level of flexibility. So I would say it's fair and not too bad Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Publicate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Biggest challenge being a small business owner is to look big without actually being that big. And there are very few companies that help you solve this for a small fee. And communication being one of the biggest touch points with the customer, it needs to look like I have a full-fledged team working on my content. This is one important problem that Publicate is helping me solve. Apart from that, I can ALMOST get the template I want without thinking much. I have also attempted to use other platforms but not much luck. I am yet to explore other products similar to this, but so far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
