What do you like best about Psychometric Platform?

What do you dislike about Psychometric Platform?

I don’t have any dislikes about the platform; most of my feedback is more of a wish list than real pain points. If anything, I’d love to see even tighter integrations and continued simplification of some advanced reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Psychometric Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to rely too much on gut feel for hiring and internal moves, which led to mismatches on both role fit and culture fit. Atman gives us a shared, objective view of people’s strengths and fit, so we make better hiring decisions, ramp people faster, and spend far less time and energy dealing with misalignment later on.
