What do you like best about PSISafe?

The immutable, timestamped file activity logs built around DIN 19650 and GDPR are the platform’s biggest strength. Every time a staff member views, edits or downloads BIM plans, the action is permanently recorded. I can pull these logs in seconds to submit full documentation during municipal building inspections. AES encryption and adjustable data retention rules match local construction archiving laws perfectly. Fine-grained user permissions let me lock sensitive client project folders from junior team members, cutting data breach risks and trimming hours off our quarterly compliance audit prep. What do you dislike about PSISafe?

There’s no native bidirectional link to our standard CAD and BIM design suites, so every finished model needs manual reuploading and creates workflow bottlenecks. Large multi-GB BIM files take far too long to process during uploads and disrupt daily design timelines. The mobile app only lets users view files; I cannot tweak access permissions or filter audit logs remotely. There are no pre-built report layouts formatted for German construction regulators, meaning I must manually rework exported log data ahead of official audits.
