I’ve been using their proxies for about half a year now, so I feel like I’ve had enough time with the service to share something useful. The first thing that stood out to me was the support chat: a real person replied within a couple of minutes. I honestly wasn’t expecting that kind of speed, and it made a strong first impression.
They offer several proxy types, so you do need at least a basic understanding of what you’re buying before you place an order or reach out to support. I’m not very experienced in this area, and at the beginning I accidentally purchased datacenter proxies. I only realized later that they wouldn’t work for what I needed.
What really mattered was how they handled it. They switched me to the correct proxy type and adjusted the cost based on my remaining rental time, so I didn’t have to pay anything extra. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. When you make a mistake on your end and the company fixes it without trying to charge you again, it says a lot about how they treat customers. After six months of using it, I honestly don’t have much to complain about. There was one time when a proxy was running slower than usual. I contacted support, reconnected to it, and the issue disappeared. That’s really the only problem I can point to over the entire period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
