What do you like best about Proxmox VE?

What I like most about Proxmox VE is its straightforward, all-in-one simplicity.

It brings VMs and containers together in one place, includes built-in clustering and HA, supports flexible storage options (ZFS, Ceph, etc.), and provides solid backup features—all without the expensive licensing associated with VMware vSphere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proxmox VE?

The UI feels fairly basic, the documentation can be uneven, and the more advanced features—like networking, HA, and Ceph—often end up requiring extra manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proxmox VE solving and how is that benefiting you?

It lets you run VMs and containers and manage backups, clustering, and storage from one place—without the expensive licensing you’d typically associate with something like VMware vSphere.
