What do you like best about Proxi.id?

The team at Proxi.id has been a dream to work with! From the initial contact, through collaborating with our IT team to implement the platform, to the day-to-day communication whenever we have questions, they’ve consistently been beyond helpful. Using Proxi.id has helped us streamline our student and faculty licensing process by providing a clear, easy verification path for our thousands of educational customers. Internally, it has saved us a tremendous amount of man-hours by giving us a reliable, secure verification platform that integrates seamlessly with our website and systems. What do you dislike about Proxi.id?

Nothing, really, I just hate that it took me so long to find them, because they’ve been the perfect solution to what had been a trouble spot for us for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proxi.id solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before working with Proxi.id, we were manually verifying thousands of student applications each year. That process was extremely time-consuming and inefficient from a customer experience standpoint. Since implementing Proxi.id, we’ve been able to streamline our workflow, offer a much faster verification process (instant for those using SSO), and improve the overall user experience. It has also helped us better integrate individual users into our systems so they have the right access to the software, and so we can support them more effectively throughout their educational journey with our products.
