**What do you like best about Prowly?**

Prowly makes PR work feel much more organized and less manual. What i like best is how easy it is to manage media contacts and send out a press release without juggling multiple tools or spreadsheets. Theinterface is clean, and creating press kits or capaigns doesnot feel complicated. It saves a lot of time and helps keep everything contacts, outreach and content in one place.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

Prowly can feel a bit limited when it comes to advanced customization. While it works well for basic PR needs, some workflows or campaign setups dont have as much flexibility as you might want. Another downside is  pricing, which can feel slightly high for smaller teams or startups, especially if you are not using all the features regularly. Also, the media database coverage may not always be equally strong across all regions.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly solves the problem of PR work being scattered and hard to manage. Instead of tracking media contacts, press releases, and follow-ups across emails and spreadsheets, everything is organized in one place. For me, this is really helpful because it saves time and keeps outreach structured. I can manage lists, send campaigns and track responses without losing context. It mkes PR effort more organized, easier to follow up on and less stressful.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

This platform is really powerful for its all in one Public Relation management tools. It almost have anything we need, right from drafting to delivery. The tools are highly professional which allows right management of resources and efficient delivery of media to the intended individuals. This platform can really be commended for its user friendly interface, It makes user very comfortable in accessing all the tools easily. The integration of AI in this platform is also really helpful in drafting press releases. The newsletter is increases its utility by increasing the chance of being discovered by Journalist for publishing.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

I love this platform for its capability but Its effectiveness is lesser in India due to its lesser adoption by Media Firms in India. I also wish that there can be more integration of this platform with other tools.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes the flow of information or press releases in and out of the firm. Efficiency of management increase using the tools of this platform.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

What I like most about Prowly is how it simplifies everything related to PR management in one place. The interface is intuitive and visually clean, making it easy to organize contacts, track outreach, and manage press releases without switching between tools.

The media database is especially powerful — it helps identify relevant journalists and outlets based on industry and topic, saving hours of manual research. I also love how customizable the newsroom pages are; they give a professional, branded touch to all media materials. The analytics features make it easy to see how press releases perform and which contacts engage most with the content.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

Prowly works great overall, but a few small things could be improved. The email editor could use a bit more flexibility for design customization, and sometimes larger contact imports take a little while to process. Integration options with CRM or marketing tools could also be expanded for smoother data syncing.

That said, the support team is responsive, and most minor issues get resolved quickly. The platform is continuously updated, so it’s clearly growing in the right direction.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly has taken a lot of manual effort out of our PR workflow. Before using it, our media outreach was scattered across spreadsheets and email threads. Now, everything — from managing contacts to distributing press releases and tracking performance — happens inside one platform.

This has improved coordination across the marketing and communications teams, made reporting much faster, and given us a clear picture of which journalists and publications are most engaged. It’s made our PR work not just easier, but also more strategic and data-driven.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

Getting started was a breeze. The platform is so simple so my team was able to just jump right in and start building our newsroom with no problems. We turn to it constantly to post updates, and it’s loaded with just enough features to be useful without feeling overwhelming. It makes our company look slick and helps us easily put our news out there in a professional manner.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

It’s great by itself, but it doesn’t interact with our other business tools quite as seamlessly as I would like. That’s the only thing that keeps us from a perfect score. It does its primary job quite well, however.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gave us at last a single, elegant place to keep all our press materials. Previously, it was all over the place and seemed untidy. Now, we can simply give journalists a link, and it looks really cool.” It’s a timesaver, and it makes our little team look much more pulled together.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

The real time media monitoring is really my focus. I found it easy to use and set up alerts for mentions of my brand, campaign keywords, and competitors names in minutes to be alerted straight away. It’s critical to my job to use this kind of frequency of use virtually constantly. The features within the monitoring module is just right – not too much to be overwhelmed but deep enough to provide insight including sentiment analysis and share of voice metrics. The customer service team also helped me a lot on a complex boolean search query. It has proven very useful in assessing the immediate effectiveness of our campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

The monitoring is great for big online news outlets and news wires, but smaller niche blogs, forums, and some regional press serve could use some filling. I cross-reference with another service occasionally and there I have it, 100% machine coverage. I would also like to see more "bells and whistles" on the reporting in our monitoring section instead of less so it can be a even faster compile when I do get to mass reporting speeds for Clients.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly alleviates the frustration of not knowing where to go after hitting the “GO” button on a PR campaign. In the past, we typically would learn about major press hits days later. Now, we can see those mentions as they’re happening, and we can respond to fans in real-time, take advantage of positive momentum and fix any issues as they arise. This instant feedback loop is working to our advantage, enabling our campaign to be nimble and delivering to our clients real-time evidence of the value we’re earning through living media.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

The best part in my opinion is the fact that Prowly is a real PR CRM. Not to mention it gave our team one place to call home for all their media contacts and interactions, cutting down support tickets for "lost" contact lists or access issues significantly. Easy of use is a big win – the interface is easy for the comms team to work with, and they only had some minimal training. Implementation was a cinch — we had it set up and running no long, drawn out, integration projects. We use it every day and the stability is rock solid. There are features like tracking opens and clicks on pitches that are actually useful and can be used to centralize everything in a secure place.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

The main functionality is good, but not the easiest to quickly integrate with our CRM which is across the company (Salesforce). Contacts can be synced purely by exporting/importing your contacts and is not done automatically either. I’d love to have more sophisticated user permission settings for more granular control about what different team members can see and edit in the database.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly is addressing a very important problem regarding the management of information. Pre-order? Before media contacts were disorganized across spreadsheets, personal email inboxes and on sticky notes. It was a security and data-integrity nightmare. “All those meaningful relationships are now coordinated in one secure, professional place. To me, this translates to less potential for security vulnerability and less time hung-up on data recovery effort. For the company, well that our media relationships are safe, archived, and actionable - helping us grow our brand.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

I’m a founder, I’m doing everything and Prowly’s so easy to use makes my life easier. I don’t have a PR-team and would love a platform I can do everything I need myself without a lot of hours of learning. The on-boarding process was simple and I had created media lists and written my first campaign within an hour. The amount of features packed into it, from the journalist database to the integrated newsroom, means I can run a professional PR strategy from one login. I use it on a weekly basis to track our outreach and brand monitoring and it’s a core piece of our marketing stack. The trackable analytics as well help me to understand immediately what is working (which is a life saver in freeform decision-making).

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

The database can also sometimes feel constrained in certain regional markets abroad — in places outside the U.S. or Western Europe. In emerging tech scenes, it takes a bit more poking around to find contacts. Customer support has been helpful when I’ve reached out, but I'd love to see more proactive resources, such as webinars or best practice guides built for founders and small teams who are familiar with PR. It’s not an overall deal breaker but something that I can see would really be a game changer for entrepreneurs like me.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly addresses the fundamental challenges of credibility and outreach for an emerging business. It lets us personally develop and maintain relationships with journalists, but in an organized and professional manner that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to do with scattered spreadsheets and personal email.” The platform makes our start-up look (externally) as though we have a team of people dealing with comms. The upside is obvious: we are getting quality press hits that raise brand and customer confidence without me wasting too much time and our budget. It’s a true force multiplier.

**What do you like best about Prowly?**

The best part about Prowly: It’s an all-in-one tool. “As a PR lover of all things efficiency, getting media database, outreach tools and newsroom under one platform is a GAME CHANGER for us. It is very easy to use; the interface is simple and a new team member can be trained on it quickly. We use it on an almost daily basis, often several times a week, for developing targeted media lists and tracking mentions. It provides an impressive number of features for the price, addressing everything from writing and sending press releases to in-depth reporting. Implementation was also a breeze - we were able to integrate the platform into our workflows in no time. Lastly, the customer support has been quick and helpful the few times we have needed them.

**What do you dislike about Prowly?**

The software is strong, but the integration with out other martech stack tools could be better. Integration with our CRM wasn’t as seamless as it could be. Also the media database is solid and usually accurate, but extending the depth of contacts, especially for smaller tech sectors and geography outside of a few major hubs could make it even more potent. These are all minor complaints in an otherwise high-strength platform, but if solved, it would be more near perfect to our use.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prowly resolves two of the biggest problems for us, which are lack of integrated apps and ROI. We were previously using different tools for maintaining media lists, emailing pitches and monitoring coverage, it was expensive and ineffective. Now, with a single source of truth, our team's PR efficiency has been improving. Finally and most importantly, the analytics anti-reporting features help us focus on more than just vanity metrics. Now, we can actually point to our PR efforts and say yes, this is what we could quantify in media, and here’s the data to support it and why we’re paying for it. It delivers real, data-driven insights that will help us tweak our messaging and gradually construct stronger, more effective relationships with the media.

Prowly is a beautiful saas website helping businesses manage PR and media relations from a single platform. Unbelievably simple to use, integrate and implement with everyday work. All you have to do is subscribe and explore its vast features.

Working as a finance professional Im personally using it to track news and media coverage regarding our field to generate new leads and grow communication as directed by seniors.

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this age of multi-modes of news and content being generated on so many platform it becomes necessary to have a single go-to platform.

We did the trial and set up several newsrooms into which we entered content, turned out as soon as we paid all the demo structure remains and cant be deleted and forms part of what then is permanent externalised, am told newsrooms and some data can't be deleted, DEMAND A CLEAN ACCOUNT BEFORE AGREEING TO MOVE FOREWARD. Support just ended the chat and went home

**What problems is Prowly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Press release and some element of social listening, might have expected more given the SEMRUSH connection
