What do you like best about Prowess?
One stop solution for managing the sales team. THE sales CRM is quite powerful and has all the features required by my sales team. The sales team can individually define their prices and packages for their customers. It also has a commission calculation section to reduce errors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Prowess?
The UX for addition of items and coupons were not as simple and intuitive as I would like it to be. Also, Sales team complained of their iOS application not being as good - dont know if it has changed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
