They are always friendly and prompt with their replies, this enable us to solve problems as they arise and do not disrupt the testing process. This is specifically seen with the highlighted areas of the product, which include the detailed reporting and test case management options that we now have. These features have enhanced our testing and made it reliable a factor that assists in the quality of work delivered. **What do you dislike about Provar?** One negative aspect that I noticed when using Provar is that it may take a long time for new users to master it. This makes the onboarding process to take longer, which in turn affects our early performance rates. There is also the problem of bugs arising from software updates, which creates inconvenience since testing schedules can be affected. With that said, I think the reporting for scheduled execution should provide better visibility in a summarised way, integrating with market tools like X-ray, test rail, etc in a more seamless way. Also, an orchestrator for scheduled execution would be incredibly useful and the integration to the co pipe is still problematic. The team I have interacted with is amazing, they listen carefully to our needs and respond promptly and positively always. Also, I have seen how they resolve issues practically on spot. I'm not giving an 8 because I would only give a 10 to something divine, a 9 to something that fulfills all my expectations and 8 to the rest of the options (Provar is really close to skip from 8 to 10 😊) **What do you dislike about Provar?** Nothing, I think is work on progress and I like how things are progressing **What problems is Provar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regression testing, mostly eliminating the need of engaging business users during UAT cycles ### 16.
