Also Provar is very to integrate with Salesforce and build the automation top of it. If there is any issue we have success portal and we can log a case where Provar team is always available for suppor on week days. We can connect with provar team over call as part of that case and they will resolve the issue. So, its very simple to use and learn the provar. thankyou.! Easy to Install, Customer support, Learning, automating the test case in very simple steps. **What do you dislike about Provar?** As we are working only 5 days, but as a learner we can login and automate the test case over weekend, so Provar should have the team to support on weekend as well! **What problems is Provar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time to create the Order and run all type of testing before go live . Also as per of regression , its easy to use the provar and test and deliver the Qulaity Product to customer within time. ### 2. They are always friendly and prompt with their replies, this enable us to solve problems as they arise and do not disrupt the testing process. This is specifically seen with the highlighted areas of the product, which include the detailed reporting and test case management options that we now have. These features have enhanced our testing and made it reliable a factor that assists in the quality of work delivered. **What do you dislike about Provar?** One negative aspect that I noticed when using Provar is that it may take a long time for new users to master it. This makes the onboarding process to take longer, which in turn affects our early performance rates. There is also the problem of bugs arising from software updates, which creates inconvenience since testing schedules can be affected. While the customer support replies promptly to these complaints, handling these problems is inconvenient and disrupts our project schedules and productivity. **What problems is Provar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provar helps to overcome the problem of time consuming and repetitive manual testing. The use of Provar in automating Salesforce tests is beneficial because it reduces the time spent testing and the error margin. When using PROVAR as a beginner it is very important to provide support team and we have best team as they are very humble and skillful. He is an amazing support, super supportive, helpful, and willing to provide solutions that work in the long run, like help with parameterization variables. On average, if the issue is not too big, he ensures to solve the problem within the same day. **What do you dislike about Provar?** Reloading metadata every now and then. Test cases that were built in the test builder would most likely fail in run mode. **What problems is Provar solving and how is that benefiting you?** by building a regression pack for thousands of test cases ### 10.
