ProsperStack was an important platform for intercepting the customer upon canceling a subscription to provide an offer or get more information about the customer - both of these metrics are incredibly important for Beli as a subscription-based ecommerce company. We saw retained revenue and a positive impact on the LTV of our customer. We found the dashboard is easy to use and is great at showing the impact the feature has on our revenue and retention.
