What do you like best about Prospeo.io?

Reliability. Prospeo is transparent about what it does and doesn’t know. When I’m going through a brand’s contacts, it will clearly point out gaps. For example, it might say the brand has 2,000 employees, but only 1,300 are on Prospeo. That kind of honesty adds authenticity and makes me feel assured that the 1,300 contacts Prospeo does have are very likely accurate.

The second thing is it's UI. Whilst a minor thing, when you're staring at the same screen the whole day trying to find leads, it essentially becomes a necessity that the UI is clean and the UX is smooth. Prospeo has one of the better UI and UX, I've used compared to other tools.

An example of this would be it's chrome integration. The extension provides a side panel when you click the icon, giving all the information I need right on the brand page rather than having to open it on the Prospeo dashboard every time, which is sometimes not the case with other services, where in you end up having to open the dashboard.

And lastly, the extension opens immediately. You don't have to do that tiny wait between clicking and the extension showing the brand details. Which when doing extensive lead finding can get extremely frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospeo.io?

Prospeo has a relatively smaller database compared with other providers in this space. It’s not a deal breaker, but I do find myself using the free trial of another tool every now and then to track down leads I couldn’t find with Prospeo. That said, it’s still impressive, especially considering they only added the database very recently, and most of the leads I need are found through Prospeo.

Another thing I slightly dislike is the pricing. The pricing is great if you're going to be using all the credits you get, from a price per credit perspective it's great. But if you're not going to be using all those credits, they don't carry over. And for me half the credits are likely a waste, which makes the service twice as more expensive for me than it is (from a purely price per credit used perspective) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prospeo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

After using several tools for lead finding, I’ve come to realize that having less but accurate data is far more valuable than having more data that isn’t reliable. Prospeo provides most of the information I need, and it does so accurately. If I had to choose one reason to use Prospeo, it would be its accuracy, something I couldn’t consistently find on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
