  ### 1. A big NO to pro spend from my experience

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

Seamless - I can directly send all the bills and receipts to Pro spend from outlook

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Integration with other software, such as MYOB, has experienced some hiccups. Occasionally, certain bills get stuck in the process, and we only find out when the supplier brings it to our attention. Among all the drawbacks, my biggest issue is with their support system, which has left me completely frustrated. We have submitted multiple tickets, but responses often take more than 24 hours, and sometimes even weeks. Their support line is also difficult to reach. We are seriously considering switching to another ERP. If you are thinking about using Pro spend, I would strongly advise against it. You’ll thank me later.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

ProSpend is very user intuitive both from an end-user and administrative perpsective. User up-take within our business has been extremly high and feedback positive. Customer support is also second to none. Issues and queries can be easily logged in the portal and response times are usually a day or less.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Our ERP system doesn't currently link with ProSpend via an API. This is a feature that would be highly useful and would make things even more efficient. Bank account scanning on invocies are also sometimes a hit and miss. It would be benefical if this technology can be improved to reduce manual overide.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing ProSpend, all invoices were manually coded and approved either via long email chains or physically. This process was extremely tedious and time consuming, causing inefficiencies.  Since implementing ProSpend, invoice coding and approvals are intelligently completed within the system and is easily accessible by users either via the web or mobile app. This has greatly improved AP turnover and has on average reduced AP processing times by an average of 2 days per week. All invoice and expense management history is contained within the system with full audit trails.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

ProSpend is easy to use with receipts being stored within the app and then matching up later.  No more chasing paper receipts.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Due to our ERP the integration between the two systems is not seamless, however this is due to our system being quite old and is a not ProSpend issue.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we collected paper receipts to match back to the credit cards.  This was very timely and there was not much accountability by those using the corporate credit card.  Now it is all done via the app or online and it saves so much time and makes each user accountable for their spend.

The ability to simplify claimant processing, staff dont need to be accountants to be able to process efficiently.

I dislike the lack of basic module manipulation and customisation, compared to what is currently available with other applications.

Workflow approval across a dynamic environment.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

The programme caters for most of our expense management needs and there is flexibility and a possibility to customise the programme to make it work for our company.  The support team is quick to respond and very helpful.  The bank validation feature has been a fantastic feature.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Once in a while, a duplicate invoice is synced across to our accounting system causing a bit of an issue internally.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a programme that is easy to use and that has all our expenses, supplier invoices and approval workflows in one place.  It increased our productivity levels and accuracy.  The bank validation feature has saved us from doing a lot of manual checking of bank details before payment runs as the system does an automated check.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

You can use it on the mobile as well as laptop/computer. Self explanatory. Receipts are automatically attached to expense entries. Automated bank feed for credit cards.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Some views could be improved, but this is picky.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless, reduces admin time, approval workflow works well plus is auditable. Export into myob works well.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

System has been good for us in transitioning to a fully electronic invoice system that  can also handle our credit cards.  The staff have also been very helpful in our dealings with them.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

As an Administrator having to switch roles to perform certain tasks is a little frustrating, and some staff have quibbled over having to manually approve each and every receipt exception but otherwise I think people have embraced it.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to incorporate all our invoice processing with electronic approvals is extremely useful to us in simplifying our processes for paying invoices.  The fact we can incorporate our credit cards in the same system is very useful in keeping things simplified and in the same solution.

Easy to use and I finally got rid of paper-based expenses.  After a lifetime of manually doing receipts, I'm so happy just being able to take a picture and throw out the receipt

Nothing, I should have done it much earlier!

Paper based recipts were just not working.  Needed to get into the 21st century of digital receipts.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

Expense Manager is easy to use, is fairly priced, and has a good amount of customizable options to suit our business needs.

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Some of the admin menus and navigation could use improvement as well as the ability to apply bulk updates to certain fields (e.g. expense types). It would also be helpful if the split expense function would work across entities (categories) as well as expense types as we found this a little limiting.

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense manager helps us manage corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements for staff. Our previous system didn't receive card feeds, or integrate with our ERP.

Approval and coding process is with the user/authoriser of the spend. Data processing is reduced immensely, and users are happier to process their transactions.

The supported onboarding and set-up process. The simple and user-friendly app interface and the expense approval features.

Would love to be able to scan the receipt, create the expense, and then sync all this to Xero for reconcilation.

Storage of all invoices; simple approval process; learning invoice details

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

Some of our internal processes had to change to suit the system, but that's understandable
We have an issue with posting to the open GL period in Exo if the date in Expense Manager is different

**What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

huge help with working remotely - approvals, saving invoices etc.

**What do you like best about ProSpend?**

This program is user friendly and enables the user to easily track their expenses in real-time. The program is quick and easy to use and makes tracking expenses easy. It helps you stay organized and manage your expenses. 

**What do you dislike about ProSpend?**

There is not a lot I dislike about this program. It takes time to realize all of the available resources and features, but once you realize the capabilities, it is easy to use and helpful for managing expenses. I recommend this program to companies looking for an efficient, useful program.
