What do you like best about Prospects CRM Pro?

I love all the features that really help managing the realtor schedule and business. I love the agenda and the sync of the contacts. The customer service is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospects CRM Pro?

I really dislike the use of the calendar on a mobile phone. We plug visits a lot and a lot of the time I can't do it from my phone cause it is an headache and I might forget it when I get home or at work. The birthday cards could also use a little freshen up.
