I like that whenever I want to use a feature in ProSolutions Software, I don't have to worry about paying extra for it. I use their purchase orders and AI chatbot the most. The initial setup was fairly easy—they trained me and my team for free over the course of 4 weeks, meeting twice a week until we felt totally comfortable, and they even handled the data entry for me. When it comes to standing appointments, I wish I had easier flexibility with changing future appointments on the fly instead of having to either unbook and rebook all or do each one individually. We're thinking of implementing flex pricing depending on capacity and they don't have that feature yet. Right now they offer flex pricing by season, day of the week, or time of day.
