"proSapient Feels Like a Trusted Extension of Our Team"

5/5

What do you like best about proSapient?

proSapient is very savvy on getting up to speed about the niches of the specific market you are studying, but most of all, they are very very kind and fun to work with. I have team members internally at my organization I love working with, and they feel like an extension of the close-knit group. We trust them whole heartedly, and they make the job enjoyable. What do you dislike about proSapient?

There are not any downsides I can think of from my 3+ years working with proSapient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering proSapient:

Be very detailed/long/specific about your scope from the onset. It will feel like a lot of work, but they can process a lot of information from the go. It will make the expert tailoring process start in the right direction and you won't have to adjust into Week 2 of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is proSapient solving and how is that benefiting you?

proSapient is a major time saver!! We work in consulting, but specifically for the water and wastewater treatment technology market. proSapient now has internal folks who know the segment jargon, and their ability to screen/shortlist has become incredibly effective. We would need a whole other internal team to do what they do for us. When a client asks new followup questions, or the scope changes, we can brief the proSapient team, they can work on the side, and then our team can continue the rest of our work. Obstacles that would usually cause massive delays and late nights have been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
