"All-in-One Document Workflow That Keeps Proposals Organized"

What do you like best about Proposal.biz?

The thing that's stood out for me is having the whole document process sitting in one place instead of scattered across email, drive folders, and separate tools. Putting together a proposal, sending it for review, and keeping track of what's been shared all happens in the same spot, so I'm not constantly hunting for the latest version or jumping between apps. What do you dislike about Proposal.biz?

A few of the workflows still feel like they could be smoother, and I'd like to see more integrations with the other tools we use so things connect a bit more automatically. It's not a dealbreaker, and to be fair the product has been getting better over time, but there's still room to tighten a few rough edges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proposal.biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

The big one for us was version chaos; different drafts floating around in different places and never being sure which was current. Having everything centralized has cut down a lot of that back-and-forth and the repetitive rework that came with it.
