"Content Library + AI Drafts Keep Our Proposals Consistent and Fast"

5/5

What do you like best about Proposal.biz?

We create proposals, project scopes, campaign plans and reports. The biggest advantage of

Proposal.biz is its Content Library combined with AI document creation. Instead of

rewriting company information, service descriptions or case studies every time, the AI uses

our existing content to generate a much more relevant first draft. This keeps our documents

consistent, reduces manual work and allows our team to focus more on client strategy

rather than repetitive editing.

Further, as a PR firm, we use Proposal.biz for final sign-off on all press release drafts with all clients. It takes just minutes and ensures there are no misunderstandings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proposal.biz?

Nothing, really. The platform is evolving, so some of the items on the roadmap (e.g., downloads to Word) will be great adds. That said, whenever I've asked for something, the team has responded with an added feature in just a couple of days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proposal.biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Proposal.biz, we used Qwilr for proposals for many years. I really like Qwilr, but Proposal.biz stands out because its

Content Library gives the AI access to our company information, allowing it to generate

much more relevant first drafts. This has reduced repetitive work, improved consistency

and helped us prepare proposals much faster.

Example: I recently uploaded an RFP and turned the AI loose, and the first draft took me about 90 minutes to perfect (we got the business). Qwilr and others will allow us to use pages, it can't customize them for an RFP like Proposal.biz did.

An aside: It makes me laugh that PandaDoc is considered a competitor. I had to use PandaDocs for a few months for a client, and I still have PTSD. The output is lame and ugly, and it's a pain to use. If you're on PandaDocs, don't walk, but run to Proposal.biz. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
