"PropoBox Saves Time with AI-Assisted Proposals and Professional PDF Generation"

What do you like best about PropoBox?

The thing I like most about PropoBox is how much time it saves when creating proposals. I especially like the AI-assisted workflow because it gives me a solid starting point instead of making me build everything from scratch. I can quickly turn project details into a structured proposal and then customize it as needed.

The PDF generation is another big plus. I don't have to deal with separate tools for writing, formatting, and exporting the proposal. The whole process feels much more streamlined, and the final result looks professional without requiring a lot of manual design work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PropoBox?

The main thing I’d like to see improved is having even more customization options for proposal templates and layouts. The current workflow is already straightforward, but having more flexibility over the visual details and branding would make it even easier to tailor proposals for different clients.

That said, I haven’t run into any major issues so far. Most of the improvements I’d suggest are more about adding flexibility and depth rather than fixing problems with the core experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PropoBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

PropoBox solves the problem of spending too much time creating proposals from scratch. Instead of writing, structuring, formatting, and exporting each proposal manually, I can handle most of the process in one place.
