What do you like best about Prophet?

Prophet help me with advanced data filtering and detailed social reporting. This make it easy to get deep insights and useful data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet?

Sometimes, I got the feeling the analysis is not very accurate. Also, it can lag a bit when I am processing a lot of data. The user interface is nice and soft but could use a more modern design. Integrate third-party tools can be tricky and might need extra help in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prophet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prophet help me to keep an eye on our brand's presence on social media. It gives us valuable view into how people feel about our brand and how they interact. I can track trending topics, spot key influencers and see how we are against our direct competitors. This help me to make better decisions and improve our marketing strategies and budgets.
