PropertyScout.io helped research a property we were bidding on in auction. It helped us get preliminary title report information. It made us feel comfortable bidding in an incredibly short amount of time. Before this, we tried a local title company. They wanted two weeks when the auction was over in two days! We wouldn't have bid without PropertyScout.io's help. It really made us feel comfortable. They provided three comprehensive reports outlining deeds, liens, loads of property overview info like photos, maps, etc. We were very impressed! Not only was it a lot cheaper than the local title company, it was lightning fast. I think I got it back in the same day I ordered it, just hours later. We couldn't believe it. I don't like that I can't see the property ownership if it is a large corporation that owns several buildings. Also, if it is an individual that does not want his name, his company's name, or an entity name as ownership of the property. This may not be the responsibility of Propery Scout per se, but I'd still like that information available without having to submit paperwork to the county assessors office. Sometimes I am not able to discern the mortgage information. Sometimes the mortgage amount shows as 0 and I'm not sure if that means it was a cash transaction or if it was a loan modification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
