"Tenant Self-Inspections and Smart Notifications That Save Time"

5/5

What do you like best about PropertyLenz?

I love being able to send inspections to my tenants so they can complete them on their own. The notifications when an inspection is completed or overdue are a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PropertyLenz?

There isn’t much I don’t like about it. I just wish it had a few AI features to make things even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PropertyLenz solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a property manager, I’m constantly documenting the condition of the rentals I’m responsible for. I use PropertyLenz to send photo-heavy reports to owners and contractors, which has really improved communication. Since I started using it, it has also helped stop tenant arguments about their unit condition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
